He completed his undergraduate education at Marmara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi (Marmara University Faculty of Law) and his master's degree at the University of London.
He completed his doctoral education in the thesis-based program at the İstanbul Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Özel Hukuk Bölümü (Istanbul University Institute of Social Sciences Private Law Department). For his doctoral program, he wrote his thesis on “Konut Kredilerinde Teminat İşlemleri” (Security Transactions in Housing Loans). His academic work is concentrated in the field of Civil Law.
His studies are primarily focused on the fields of Miras Hukuku (Law of Succession), Borçlar Hukuku (Law of Obligations), Aile Hukuku (Family Law), Kira Hukuku (Rental Law), and Avukatlık Hukuku (Law of Attorneyship), and he has multiple published papers and book chapters on these subjects. Furthermore, he has presented papers at various international and national scientific events, conducted courses at the master's and undergraduate levels, and served on academic juries.
