Assoc. Prof. Orhan Eroğlu completed his undergraduate education at Ankara Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi (Ankara University Faculty of Law) in 2000, his master's degree at the Çankaya Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü (Çankaya University Institute of Social Sciences) in 2013, and his doctoral education at the Yeditepe Üniversitesi Sosyal Bilimler Enstitüsü Hukuk Anabilim Dalı (Yeditepe University Institute of Social Sciences Law Department) in 2017.
He has long served, and continues to serve, as a mediator, expert witness, lawyer, concordat commissioner, and bankruptcy administrator, specializing in the field of Civil Procedure Law and Execution and Bankruptcy Law.
He began teaching part-time in 2015 and continued teaching full-time after receiving his Doctor title in February 2017. He previously taught as a lecturer at Ufuk Üniversitesi Adalet Meslek Yüksekokulu (Ufuk University Vocational School of Justice) and Özyeğin Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi (Özyeğin University Faculty of Law), and served as a faculty member at Doğuş Üniversitesi Hukuk Fakültesi (Doğuş University Faculty of Law).
In 2021, he was appointed as an assistant professor)in the Medeni Usul ve İcra İflas Hukuku Anabilim Dalı (Civil Procedure and Execution and Bankruptcy Law Department) at the Istanbul 29 Mayıs University Faculty of Law. He was promoted to the title of associate professor in August 2022, and continues his duty, teaching courses in Civil Procedure Law, Execution and Bankruptcy Law, Mediation Law, Legal Clinic, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Methods.
